Salma Hayek
Salma Hayek Pinault born Salma Valgarma Hayek Jameson; September 2, 1966)[3][4][5] is a Mexican and American actress and film producer. She began her career in Mexico with starring roles in the television series Teresa (1989-1991) as also in the romantic drama El Callejon de los Milagros (1995) in which she won an Ariel Award nomination. She quickly made herself known in Hollywood with roles in films like Desperado (1995), From Dusk till Dawn (1996), Wild Wild West (1999) and Dogma (1999). Hayek's character as Frida Kahlo as a painter in Frida (2002) which was a biographical film she produced, earned her the Academy Award for Best Actress nomination [66. The actress also won her Golden Globe Award, Screen Actors Guild Award, and British Academy Film Award nominations. In the following years, Hayek focused more on making films, while also starring in action-oriented films such as Once Upon a Time in Mexico
